Each week in the challenge, you'll focus on one specific mini-goal that will improve your meal prepping and food planning skills.
Your job is to tackle each week by writing a flexible food plan, grocery shopping, and preparing food you're excited to eat. And, for focusing on your mini-goal, you'll be entered to win a prize each week.
Reflect & Repeat
Watch yourself improve each week by reflecting on your progress. You'll keep track of the meals and snacks you've prepped at home, meals ordered out, and changes in your energy levels and workout performance.
It's not all-or-nothing, so whether you had a rough week or your best week yet, you'll start the next week with a fresh plan for successful food prep.

Not at all! This program is designed for all skill levels. Whether you’re new to cooking or just want to streamline your process, you’ll get the tools and guidance you need to feel confident in the kitchen.
Each week focuses on a specific theme related to meal planning, prepping, or shopping. You’ll get a set of actionable steps, recipes, and tools to apply right away.
At the beginning of each week, the nutrition team will reach out with educational content, helpful strategies, and an explanation of the week's mini goals. And, of course, what prizes are available to win that week!
Throughout all 4 weeks of the program, you'll work on your menu planning, food prepping, and grocery shopping skills.
The Kitchen Reset Challenge begins Friday, January 3 and will run for 4 weeks, ending on Friday, January 31.
No problem! You can work through the materials at your own pace, and the handouts and guides are yours to keep for future use.
There are not perfect conditions for joining a nutrition program; we'll always have events, travel, and busy schedules. Kitchen Reset will teach you skills and strategies that you can apply in your real, day-to-day life -- not just ideal circumstances.
Nope! Kitchen Reset is not about restrictive diets or "good" and "bad" food lists. It’s about learning how to confidently plan and cook balanced, nourishing meals that fit your lifestyle and goals.
Absolutely. The strategies and resources we provide are flexible and adaptable to a variety of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergen-conscious diets.
Participants who actively engage in the program have the chance to win some amazing prizes, including: weekly prizes like gift cards, kitchen gadgets, and meal prep tools for completing challenges and sharing your wins.
There will also be grand prizes valued at $200 for the most engaged participants. The more you participate and share your progress, the greater your chances of winning!
We're here for you! During the 4-week challenge, you’ll have access to Maria, the head of the nutrition team, as well as our ErgoFit and Krewe dietitians for support, as well as a community of participants to share questions, ideas, and wins.
